Privacy notice
This platform is operated for the University of Fort Hare election office to run the 2026/2027 Student Representative Council elections. Personal information is processed in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
Names, student numbers, campus, contact details and supporting documents submitted when registering a structure or subscribing to notices.
Why we collect it
To verify eligibility, administer the currently available election services, send official notices and respond to enquiries.
Sharing
Information is shared only with the election office, the independent election administrator and university officials who need it to administer the elections.

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by writing to ufhelections@iemsa.co.za.
